We contributed across the full stack: building the real-time conversation engine, integrating the messaging APIs, and helping ship the admin dashboard and content tools.

Our approach
- Integrated Facebook Messenger, Instagram Graph, Google Business Messages, and SMS gateways (Twilio, Nexmo) into a single inbox.
- Built a real-time conversation engine on Socket.io and Node.js, with Elasticsearch for fast message indexing and search.
- Added a CMS for saved replies and templates, plus role-based access, smart filters, and conversation labels.
